These services are exclusively available for Levi’s® garments that are in reasonable, salvageable, and hygienic condition. Whether purchased from partner stores like Woolworths, thrifted, or handed down, as long as they carry the Levi’s® label, they are eligible for tailoring.

• All services are subject to tailor availability and work schedules.
• Tailoring typically requires 2 to 3 working days, with customers notified by phone when their items are ready for pickup.
• For precise fitting during consultations—especially for leg alterations and tapering—customers must wear the product. If this is not feasible, Levi’s® will be unable to assist with these specific services.
• All tailoring services come with a charge, which will be communicated during the consultation.
• Once altered, products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
