South Africa’s beloved Hey Neighbour festival is back this August, bigger and bolder than ever before. The festival made waves in 2023. Now it is going global once again. This time, it’s condensing the magic into two electrifying days of music, culture, and community connection.
Fans can now add another international heavyweight to the lineup. US-born singer, songwriter, and soul sensation Leon Thomas is confirmed to join the festival. He is currently redefining the global R&B scene. He will perform alongside headliner Doja Cat. With chart-topping hits and a growing fanbase worldwide, Leon Thomas’s presence promises to elevate the festival’s energy to new heights.
Hey Neighbour 2025 is set for Saturday, 30th and Sunday, 31st August at the iconic Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria. Gates open at noon and the party runs until 10 PM each day. The festival has streamlined its previously announced three-day format. It is now two days packed with non-stop entertainment, vibrant cultural experiences, and unforgettable moments.
Hey Neighbour features everything from the main stage madness to intimate vibe zones. It continues to celebrate world-class talent. This includes homegrown South African greatness. It’s more than just a music festival — it’s a full experiential extravaganza where every beat counts and everyone belongs.
Weekend passes start at R2,899 for General Access and R3,799 for VIP. Day passes are available at R1,599 and R2,199 respectively. To make the festival more accessible, payment plans are now available through the ticketing website.
Camping options are also officially open, allowing festival-goers to truly make the Hood their home for the weekend. Various camping packages are available, with prices expected to rise closer to the event, so early booking is recommended.
