The countdown to the sixth edition of Cotton Fest has officially begun, and the excitement is palpable. This year’s event will be bigger and better. It features a line-up that blends established stars with fresh, emerging talent. The festival will take place on Saturday, April 26th, at The Station in Newtown, Johannesburg.
Cotton Fest is about more than just music. It is a vibrant celebration of fashion and sport. The festival brings together diverse elements of South African culture. The event features three high-energy stages. They are the Cotton Fest Stage, the Bunker Stage (powered by Play Energy), and The Lot Stage (powered by Jägermeister). Over 100 acts will perform, showcasing South Africa’s hottest young artists and creators.
The first phase of the line-up includes an impressive array of local talent. Artists such as A-Reece, AsianWockStar, Baby Daiz, Babylowsk1, Babble Hume, Blxckie, BrotherKupa, Cassper Nyovest, Ch’cco, Cowboii, Diorsantana, DBN Gogo, Focalistic, JayKatana, Kabza De Small, Kane Keid, Kamo Mphela, K1llbrady, Kindlynxsh, and K.O are included. It also features Kmat, Leemckrazy, Lia Butler, Love Tumi, Okmalumkoolkat, ParkerVS, Rati$upremacy, Scotts Maphuma, Sjava, The Qwellers, Tony Dayimane, Usimamane, Uunathi, Vigro Deep, Young Stunna, and Ziggy4X.
Beyond the music, Cotton Fest offers a rich cultural experience with various lifestyle elements:

The 2025 edition of Cotton Fest is powered by major brands. These include Coke Studio, Youth X by Nedbank, Flying Fish, and Extreme.
