The new Pearl Thusi led drama Queen Sono launched last week globally and on Friday Apple Music launched the Queen Sono playlist on the service.
The soundtrack playlist features some of South Africa’s most loved jams and truly appreciated artists. Notably, Caiphus Semenya, Letta Mbulu, Busi Mhlongo, Sho Majozi & DJ Maphorisa’s Midnight Starring with Busiswa & Moonchild Sanelly. As well as some of Africa’s rising talent such as Sampa the Great, Kenyan afro-pop band Sauti Sol and many others. Below are some of the key tracks from this exciting new show.
