As you may remember, earlier this year, Cadbury Lunch Bar launched its new logo and packaging design to the nation. To support this, the brand ran numerous activities which involved collaborating with some of South Africa’s most driven ‘Hungry Hustlers’.

Amongst the campaign influencers was comedian and hype man, Mongezi ‘TolAssoMo’ Mahlangu, young businessman Sibusiso Ngwena from Skinny Sbu Socks, collage artist John Vusi Mfupi and upcycling entrepreneurThamba Tabvuma.

Thamba owns a company called Republic of Recycle and describes it as a means to create accessible and affordable products using recycled material, he creates items such as bags, wallets and shoes but for this campaign produced laptop pouches out of recycled Lunch Bar wrappers.
