Kellanova, the cereal giant behind Kellogg’s, unveiled its latest breakfast innovation, the Kellogg’s Granola Wellness Range, at a vibrant wellness event in South Africa. The Kellogg’s Flourish Fest, held on 18th April 2024 at The Ground Venue in Muldersdrift, was a celebration of health and well-being, hosted by the popular television presenter and content creator Naledi Mallela.
The festivities offered something for everyone interested in fitness and healthy living. Yoga enthusiasts enjoyed invigorating sessions led by the renowned instructor Drake Selwe. Award-winning fitness experts Sibongiseni “Sybo” Ndwandwe and Zinhle “Zee” then brought the energy up a notch with a thrilling bootcamp, marking the launch of the two new Granola Wellness Range flavours: Cinnamon Crunch and Cocoa Delight.
But the fun didn’t stop there. Guests were treated to a surprise performance by the award-winning singer Shekhinah, followed by a delectable lunch prepared by Chef Thero. Inspired by the new Granola flavours, the Flourish Fest menu was a symphony of taste and texture. Flavourful Cinnamon Crunch stuffed crepes tantalised the sweet tooth, while a flavourful chicken salad featuring bulgur wheat, harissa, smoked chicken, pomegranate, pickled cucumber, and grilled courgette offered a delightful savoury option. Both dishes incorporated the new Cocoa Delight Granola, adding a satisfying crunch and a hint of chocolate. Shallots, curry-roasted eggplant, and a refreshing mint and lemon dressing completed the flavour explosion.
Whether you’re a dedicated gym-goer seeking an adrenaline rush or someone who prefers the calming flow of a morning yoga session, the Kellogg’s Granola Wellness Range caters to your needs. Packed with flavour and potentially health-boosting ingredients, it aims to nourish you and empower you to flourish on your personal wellness journey.
